4. I am totally in over my head with this, so is it possible for somebody to kind of talk me through it or at least write a very in-depth tutorial for it? Piecing together the tutorials from different areas is quite confusing.

Its not a daily use image its a prof of concept and inprogress development image. Also testbuild for those developers who want to try they'r sailfishapps on a real device because many of us has no Jolla device yet.

For me audio does not work. So not even my app does not work. But nice to test how UI feels and how to improve my apps to use the UI in correct way.

What works:
Audio, haptics, bluetooth(a2dp also), wifi, doubletap unlock*, voicecalls*

What does not works:
camera, maybe somethin else...

*workaround exist, but we need help from nemo folks.

*What workaround:
1) systemd service(/etc/systemd/system/proximity-fix.service) what every boot execute
2) /usr/sbin/enable_prox(echo 1 > /sys/devices/platform/i2c_omap.2/i2c-2/2-0039/prox_enable)

I think should be better way to do that, we need someone who know how that should working.

Also, doubletap unlock may not work before you once per boot put finger on proximity sensor.

@SourenAraya I had keyboard in wlan so could not enter my PSK. I opened the notes app to launch the keyboard and went back to set up a wireless connection and it worked.

Jolla account also works fine.

nemo, rootme, not work.

Not sure, I think sailfish changes it but no one knows it? Change it by chrooting into sailfish from harmattan.
