So, did some tests with the current dummy-model. I glued the flex-cable in place -since the pcb's are not yet here- to check whether it performs good enough. And guess what, it totally does!
This was one of the last crucial point in the design what could have been a problem, but the 'Premo Flex' cable manages to bend the 1.5mm radius and seems not to add extra resistance in the slide&tilt movement.

dirkvl, will you be using (modifying) the official Jolla OtherHalf 3D model that Jolla has released?
Perhaps! Depends on the quality of the parts coming in tomorrow. If they fit perfectly, they are +- the same shape as the released model.
Still have to look into them, but it *could be* that it is cumbersome to modify them, as they are not in Solidworks format. But that is pure speculation!
