I've noticed two folder on file-system root (at /), which I can't really attribute to anything:
    /Pure
    /Tabular
They're both empty. Does anyone know what they're for? I haven't seen them before, yet their date-stamp is Mar. 26, 2012.

Seems like something that shouldn't be there IMO.

Probably some bad installation or some bad package.
Try doing "dpkg -S /Pure" and "dpkg -S /Tabular" and with some luck it will spit out the culprit.

These are both fonts. Either Nokia Pure font install was busted, or you untarred a nokia pure archive to your root.

    The dpkg output was "harmattann-theme".
Since they're both empty, can they be deleted without consequences (I suppose the theme moved or installed the fonts to some other location then)?

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can delete those empty folders.

But you should complain to whoever maintains "harmattan-theme".
