    I just spoke with the local FedEx customer service and they don't know why it's cancelled. They promised me they would look into it, but if all goes well, I should have it this afternoon

    Mine has been cancelled too .

    "Shipment cancelled by sender" at STANSTED GB.

    I phoned FedEx, and they said that they had received notification to cancel the delivery, and I had to contact the sender.

    I've emailed care.


    UPDATE: On my second call to FedEx, I've been told I can ignore the 'cancelled' status.

    FedEx are always playing on my nerves! I'm 100% sure that the problem is in FedEx not in Jolla!

    Looks like you are correct - I just phoned FedEx a second time and they said their internal system shows it as still awaiting customs clearence, and that I can ignore the 'cancelled' status
