Closed v0.2-2 completely and installed v0.2-3 on top.

After restarting the app I can confirm the language changing issue:
Language is set back to English (was German before on v0.2-2).
Changing language is not possible.

More details:
When I tap on "language" in settings rest of screen becomes darker but no selection menu appears. After that tapping somewhere brings back the normal view, but settings are no longer scrollable. Have to go back to main screen and enter settings again to have it scrollable.

why don't you just use the locales from 0.2-2 in 0.2-3?
you only have to open the .rpm package, copy the folder "locales" to /usr/share/harbour-mitakuuluu and everything is fine again (exept of course from a few new options, which didn't get an translation until now)
