how to create a new directory in Document in terminal?

hi there, what is the command to use to create a.new directory in DOCUMENt and move some files to this.new created.directory?

cd /home/nemo/Documents
mkdir Yourdirectoryname

Edit: I forgot to answer your whole question: then use Cargo Dock from Harbour to copy the files to your newly created folder.
