Am I missing something? Only info I ever read about this was last weeks tweet about update coming out this week?

Don't all go down to Dave999's level. It already seems like most of the actual contributors are not posting to this thread and I can see why.

From my point of view, it is a classical mistake. And I'm not sure it is too complicated to put someone behind the official twitter account to speak about progress (or late) about the update

Well, no matter what happens, it is important to get it right. I'm patient (as I've mentioned before my phone will not arrive till April 14). But I am really interested in seeing how things develop, especially with the OH as I would like to use the Jolla phone as a measurement science tool. Could have many practical applications.

Do not get me wrong, they announced a release early March, we are now almost mid March and the release is not out yet.

Clearly, there are some problems that they need fixing and I am sure they are working hard to have it ready. Maybe we are going to have something over the weekend?

I believe they suggested it would be released early this week, rather than just this week

We know for sure the update is coming. I understand everyone here is eager to get it

However, i'd much rather get this update late, and have it free of bugs, rather than an update that brings extra problems, that then need to be addressed in a future update

    Patience guys, patience

For those who can't wait to get that 'OS update available' notification:

    1. Open Warehouse and select 'check for updates'
    2. While this is running go to Settings -> System -> About product -> Check for update

BAM! You can now update to 1.0.3.8 while you're waiting for the real one (to get rid of it, just wait for Warehouse to finish and recheck)
