Os navigation. As an example to a vid or tell stories like:" lets take current phones on market and compare it with your car. Using them is like get the reverse gear(and reverse 5 meters) every time you want to switch gears. But jolla has no back button so you can always go in the direction you want when you want it."

Stuff like this to get the idea to grow and users to look at the idea since they can relate to an actuall problem.

    sell to the user directly
Once it takes off, you can convince the manufacturer to use your OS.

Think Xiaomi M3 with sailfish OS

Affordable phone, I wouldnt mind paying $10 to Jolla to use their official works out-of-the-box OS

Yes. I have seen that long back. The head infront of the cam is epic

But most of that never reach the user's unless the user's looking for it.

jaakko dives straight into the point, no ms/apple fedoraisms (like his thumb reach analysis isn't based on 3.5 inches is what our god steve left us, perfect size, oh look 6+)

edit: then again dave with even the best pitch in ui/ux you are pitching against google, not the best baseball fan, looks like a very unfair fight anyways :/

Yes and no. I will stop this by saying if jolla led the way and engaged the community(more than coders) maybe create a group of extra intresting community members team red(coders), team green(marketeers), team hwk(dirk&Co), team blue( community/communication) and so forth. Have a blog where everybody could post things and make sure social media always had some story, angle, image about jolla. Now there is not much of this.

that doesn't sound like a bad idea, just not sure if you're not overestimating how big we are, glorious days of thousands of contributors might be a bit over, gotta sleep, hopefuly the thread won't die and will bring more practical ideas
