Yeah any hardworking sailor got my full respect. Anyone are welcome to my mansion any day. Can send a private jet(Reandeer) if I get a tablet. Just not top management. They cant be trusted.

I'd like a SailfishOS t-shirt. I wouldn't look as gorgeous as these ladies though ..

The Siemens operation was a different fish alltogether, as it was a merger of equals. It's been a while and the scars are still hurting.

However AlLu is not a merger, it is a buyout-and-consume operation and I'd expect it to be handled a bit more painlessly.

totally OFF here but let's try to make this thread a bit useful to me.
I got the phone today and I can't sign in or create new account. The thing is, I think that I created account a long time ago but without phone it was useless. Now when I try to log in I get "user name and password don't match". But when I try to reset password it tells me that account does not exist.
If I try to create a new one then it tells me that user name and password are already taken (by me I would say). What next? Apart from using another mail.

Classically, this is the sort of thing best handled by contacting the company's help desk (for any company that requires authentication to use their services); it's usually easier to just have them reset your account than to try various strange and interesting ways to convince the security mechanism that you are who you say you are.

But yeah, I have to say that this really isn't in any way germane to this thread; better to start a new thread, if you feel the need...
