Exactly. Jolla do not need to make same mistakes as they already did those for them before. and stop comparing with someone else. If someone is making mistake it doesn't mean you can do.

About to move to a new town and realised I have to change the delivery address, if it will be delivered. Can't stay in the same place long enough to get it. Does Jolla customer service back to work or they were all laid off in financial crisis?

I have no current personal experience but at least some people have been able to communicate with the customer service based on the posts on this thread.
