I dont ecpect longer life but I do ecpect it to be larger than life. I would but I'm back in full Jolla boycott until money coming our way.
Then you're wasting your damn time here. Nothing here is larger than life. It's quite utilitarian in almost every aspect.

Only a simpleton doesn't equate "larger than life" and "delivery" with money. It takes manpower, time and funding to deliver anything that's larger than life.
The approach here is the opposite. Meritocracy and community building the frameworks that get things done. Mer was announced during my N810 days. I was notoriously impatient and didn't have the foresight to see that Mer could be the basis for say something like Sailfish.
I think that you need to reassess what you want and if this community and branching technology that they're working on and have worked on might work for you.
I'd bet they do not. If the work here does appeal and would support your whims... why would you say so? So far, from what I've seen of your tirades, I'd venture to say you enjoy only the attention but nothing here would ever satisfy you fully.

And you're allowed. But 400+ posts about it - get a new note. Please.

I simply like tech. Big or small companies. Like to follow the journey from start to finish plus I like to support new companies. Especially like when they deliver and the joy of all the community members.

Hmm, can't argue either of those choices, to be honest. I never liked the N900 despite owning it. It wasn't about what it could be extended to do - that was downright near limitless - but it was not a device that did what I required out of the box. Years later, it still isn't a device that I look back on fondly - my N810 was to me damn near the perfect device.
The Samsung Note 1 really cemented this entire phablet phase that we're still stuck in but brought along a stylus which the folks here seem to love.
At the end of the day, I think the Jolla tablet would have been wasted on you. It brings nothing new to the table whereas the N900 and OG Samsung Note did.
Perhaps your crusade can stop and your search for what's next and should be near and dear for you can start? Just something to consider.
+ a big 1 to the n810...
Damn straight it is damn near perfect...
the keyboard really helped make it smooth...
(wish they'd kept the 2nd card slot from the n800 though...)
love my n810's and my n800's....
use mine every day...
in the shop...playing tunes..
at bedtime...playing more tunes...
watching film...
you name it...
tinkering away on them during the day is a joy...
absolute favourite 3 devices ever...(including the n900 that is...)
