Comment out all entries inside
aegis-ssu-keyring-001.list
and do a 'apt-get update'.
Seems like those older repos have higher priority...

I never had problems with updating. And even with closed store it works fine. Getting updates from openrepos, too. Do you have warehouse installed?
(My device is in open mode.)
