Either you are completely blind or trolling really hard.
Saarnio states nowhere that anything will be done by June-July, let alone "everything". He says there is a roadmap, which has yet to be disclosed. Why would there even be a roadmap if it was all going to be done in the next 8 weeks? Also, as you point out, they can't open source bits they don't own. Again contradicting what the Russian minister says.
