Short summary:

Local newspaper from Salo (where Nokia had their phone factory back in the day) claims that Turing Phones is planning to start activities in town.
Information is based on "other sources". When asked, mayor has commented that he has nothing to comment.
Otherwise nothing new in the article, more or less same information which has been floating around here for a while.
