11% cpu working
0.75% bluetooth working
99% working LPT configurations
It kinda works, if you only use terminal you'll be fine

/s just a joke, though if anyone does get it to start on a phone let me know

Just kidding, always thought it was weird that after 20 years of development there was never an alpha, maybe one of the open source phones can run it, with terminal access over WLAN it should be doable

Reminds me of Plan 9 by Bell Labs (last release was 2002) that later shifted to (in spirit) Clive in 2014 although HURD wins the gold medal for delayed release.

I think it's totally possible for it to live on a handset, in fact I welcome it... the tinkerer in me would welcome it on any of my devices that I keep around and know are now unsupported and basically dead. But I still would have to approach it as a curiosity as opposed to something that I could fully use in my daily operations.

But I'd friggin' love to have it on my N9 or Z10 or Tizen Dev device or my BB10 dev device or my PlayBook.

But it begs the question... would it be something I'd welcome because "it can be done" or would it foster use cases that fulfill some of my daily needs in my current position?

I vote curiosity. Which is not a bad thing at all.

At least with a terminal-only phone, you wouldn't need a lock code to protect it . . .

Also, endsormeans: Inferno running on an N800? You didn't get a screenshot of that did you?
