I mean custom board but several thousand units. Are there third party companies that do this besides AMD themselves?

i dont think so. Its highly unlikely that they will create a custom board for a single person. Maybe its possible but it will highly depend on how many boards you order.
but i still say its not possible.

Some of the components were scavenged back for it from the old dead PCBs as there were no suppliers any more.( Enough money can make any system to roll as you wish.

I would also like to specify the size of the board. Is something like this even possible?
Motorola M3688 → Ericsson R320 → Siemens S40 → Motorola V60c → Palm Treo 650 → Blackberry 9000 → Nokia N900 → HP Pre 3 → Nokia N900 → Nokia N9 → Nokia N900 → Nokia 808 → Blackberry Z10 → Blackberry Passport
