Looks like they got hit by a bunch of edits/changes by people who don't know enough.
Is there any way to prevent wrong information constantly sneaking in?

Make an invisible comment in the tags above the line and/or cite sources
We can only check '/proc/omap_clocks' on the device (type 'cat /proc/omap_clocks' in xterm) or run benchmarks which clearly show that cpu is faster than 220MHz. This is the fourth time I have corrected specs at wikipedia (always keeping a comment explaining the reason of that correction).
