Yesssss it worked. The problem was with what schturman said. I had to first do T-3-1-1-0 and then T-3-1-1-6.

Pressing zero was conspicuous to me :D

Yes changing color profile just helps a little bit but that is no way going to take out the brightness. For eg opening a google page when lying in dark can be so bright that you lose your sleep for...

Then run the code on your flasher and wait till it says "Waiting for device"
