DLNA as far as I know is enabled, and USB OTG is not. I don't think it is a hardware...

There was also another fee around $25 for transaction, so it came out to around 608 total shipped. You can opt for a $15 shipping, but that was Air Parcel or something and 4+ WEEKS. Waaaay too long...
