I think you might be a little confused on what the purpose of the OTG dongle is. It is mainly used for connecting to a file system like a thumb drive or hard drive or other supported device....

i use the ds light case at BB for my 810. Cost like $5 works well keeps the device padded. I cut a invisible skin/3m protection film for the top and screen. Will probably get anti glare screen shield...

The usbcontrol that broke was the app included in UMPK. It just switches usb from otg to host or peripheral Just wanted to clarify.

I tried what you said and it gave a file system in use message. So I plugged it back into windows and did a safely remove hardware routine. It works just fine now. Mounts automatically....

DS Lite Case on sale at CC $5
I just picked up a ds lite case at CC for $5. It is a nylon and the n810 fits really nice. I am going to see if I can mod the plastic holder a bit so I can still slide the keyboard inside the case....
