Never seen out of memory errors on Linux? I run Linux and Solaris daily and I've seen them on systems of all sizes. Memory leaks, overly verbose log files, etc. With today's applications 256MB...

Good link.

I think the points on size and weight are valid. One of the complaints the Droid is getting is that it is heavy and that is at 169g. The N900 is 181g.
