I just opened up my phone and connected it, and now its extremely hot. i havent been downloading anything in the last few weeks(not even pr1.2) and havent done anything weird today....

So there still realy is no other way for update but flashing when OTA and NSU dont work? Or can anyone help me getting it to work?

Thing is, that previous time I restored my apps that way, I had to stay there because 3/5 apps didnt work and stopped the process.

The phone only saves app names and contacts.
That is backed up, but I dont wanna download everything all over again and set evrything up. Also I will lose my pictures and...

allright guys another problem.
Why doesnt the backup app on Nokia PC Suite???
When I open it up it always says that there is no phone connected and that I need to connect it.

NSU still doesnt work and it still tells me to use NSU.
So I did the same as ontge.
Dunno what all happened then tough..At least it ended with 3 warnings wich had something to do with python2.5,...

still the same problem..What is wrong????
OTA doesnt work as it says to connect to NSU(I deleted the recommended packages) and I just dont want to flash it. How mad is it that nokia cant even...

yeah that problem is still not fixed. Its a shame:(

You need to free up the space in rootfs. But you cant realy know wich apps are in there. if u type df-h into terminal you will find the free...

Similiar problem here. Mine tried at least four times and assumes it has something to do with my connection or their server.
not having a direct USBconnection is also mentioned as a possibility....

Still doesnt update tough, but that is different:(.

Start by disabling all of the repository's you have exept for the nokia software update one.
App. mngr -> repositories ->then select all the repo's and mark 'disabled'

U need to free your rootfs I guess.
oped they could've fixed that by now. Is it so hard? They just enlarged it, but why not try installing most of the OS...
