I used to love my N900, then I had a USB problem which unfortunately got to the point where it was beyond repair.
I see there are some used N900 for around $200.
I would totally buy the used $200...

did you find what is causing this problem?
recently i am getting the same problem, i thought wifi switcher was the culprit but now i'm not so sure because it happens even when it's not toggled.

Yeah, probably didn't hold the focus. I just took a photo of a document and it was excellent image and easy to read.http://i41.tinypic.com/35it7nr.jpg
