Ubuntu One has some issues, the account is able to log in as it shows the quota used. If I create a folder with the N9 it shows up in U1 and I am able to download files from that folder to the phone....

I can confirm this, the problem occurs when modifying a CalDAV account's calendar structure on the server side. Only solution so far is to remove and readd the account...
