When trying to install n9 repomirror I keep getting "installation interrupted" and therefore I cant proceed.

I missed this phone so much so when one came up cheap I had to have one.

The advice I need is this.

What's the best os to use?

I need to use facebook, maps and email. Normal phone functions...

N9 not receiving incoming calls?

My N9 on occasions will not receive any incoming calls or texts. All outgoing calls work but outgoing texts don't. When I reboot all is well for a while.

The problem is that I do not know...

Speed camera locations for Nokia Maps on N9?

Is there any possibility that I could enable the speed camera/safety spot features on the N9. Symbian has this as standard.

Im not sure you can. I use the stock browser to view and play the media files on my nas server. Works ok apart from the obvious logging in each time.

Maps - Bluetooth and speed camera problem

I use Nokia maps on my N9 and rely on it heavily.

The 2 problems I have are that the voice guideance from maps is played over my bluetooth speaker and there is no speed camera alerts built in....

I really like the idea of every pic I take being automatically backed up to cloud storage. It does not have to be SkyDrive btw, anything will do.

Yep, that did the trick.

So I installed the patch by changing to the directory where it was

/home/user/MyDocs/Downloads/

then dpkg -i patchname

THEN the code from colin.stephane's post...

To be honest Im not sure how to download the diff files. I used opera to open and then save the diff file. I assume there is a correct way of doing this, if so then please let me know.
