thanks, that helped a little, straightened out the zooming levels. now when it says processing maps...is it downloading them to the n800, or just caching and viewing them? Say im looking at zoom...

i have a couple issues with the mapper software. first once i put in an address to center the map on..i try to zoom in it only zooms in and out in increments of 4, so i can do level 4, 8, 12, 16, and...
