exactly the same for me. The first boot was fine but now when I boot android, I just get the desktop with the status bar but no menu available, no search bar and no icon on the desktop. It's useless...

@new_beee: you have to create a file named "android.ext.item", save this file in /etc/bootmenu.d/
edit this file and insert:
ITEM_NAME="Android (external SD, partition 3)"
ITEM_ID="android3" ...
