Uploaded a new version (2.5-5) in devel and pushed the previous in testing. I have tested it for different scenarios but it is clear I cannot for all combinations. Also the manipulation when a theme is used is less tested as I don't use themes, but tried to support them as far as I could. the changelog: Added option to add missing variables in the transitions.ini file. Fix write of settings issue when no space between variable and value. Added better support for the transitions.ini at theme folders. Added new and improved WARNING and ERROR messages.
