OK, finally I did calculating of the full restore

Here we go..
1. Full reflash with:

flasher -F ape.bin -F emmc.bin --no-preserve --erase-user-data=secure -f -R

2. Transferring of all my data (~13 GB)
3. Setting up static IP for my home network. I don't know why, but always after reflash I have problem with internet if my phone connected automatically to my home network with random IP's. When I put it to static, it always work perfect.
4. Setting installation from other sources + Activating dev mode -> phone Automatically rebooted.
5. I got system update of facebook and Real golf -> updated
6. Installing N9QT via:

dpkg -i /path/to/n9-qtweakall_9.3.1_armel.deb

No more green icons !!!!

7. Run tweak RR -> Installing all my apps (~50+) + dependencies + applied all tweaked files + refhashlist -> reboot
8. A quick check of apps/changes. I got notification about update of OPERA, updated and catched orig. file

9. Run last system backup -> phone Automatically rebooted.
10. Checking apps/changes + Applying some tweaks that not included in tweak RR (T-3, AA).

DONE ! My phone totally restored

Total time: ~2hours

* from 1 to 5 = ~ 1h 25min
* 6 and 7 = ~ 25min
* from 8 to 10 = ~10-15min

Very nice

P.S. I noticed that "Opera tablet" stopped to work. It happens because of update of Opera, changed path to the exec file. I will update it in the next release

For now you can fix it with:
