No... The FileCase still can't upload files to Dropbox, not before bug, not after solving this bug and not after reboot...
Like I wrote in the first post the condition for this grob bug is internet connection 3G/wifi jumping from one to another when the signal is weak on both of them (for me at least). As far as I remember in this condition it happens to me twice...
