Id like to announce my UI MOD for the N9's Clock app. The first time I opened the Clock, I was like "Why is it so light?". Just about everything else has a dark theme. So Ive made it darker and better!

*Compatible with PR1.2*

WARNING: you may want to backup your files first and I am not responsible if you stuff your device.

DOWNLOAD v3.3 (9/1/12)

Changelog:

Version 3.3 (9/1/12)
- "Clock app crashing" Bug Fixed
- "Clock face is Default" Bug Fixed
- Fixed Install & Remove Scripts
- Clock face tweak

Version 3.2 (3/1/12)
- Fixed scripts
- Added Splash screen

Version 3.1 (1/1/12)
- Scripts fixed
- Bug fixes
- Redesign

Version 2.0 (4/12/11)
- Fixed loading background
- Made install script

Version 1.5: (3/12/11)
- Increased time, date & AM/PM font size for digital clock
- Reverted alarm settings colours to standard

Installation:
*I recommend removing any older versions before installing*

1. - Enable "Developer Mode" (In Settings > Security) and install the prompted dependencies.
2. - Download Installer zip file. (Links at very top of post and in 'Changelog' section.)
3. - Copy files in zip to root directory of N9 via PC using USB Mass Storage. (NOT Documents or any sub-folder.)
4. - Open the "Terminal" app and type:
Code:
devel-su
rootme [root password; default is shown]
sh /home/user/MyDocs/clock-install.sh
5. - Device will automatically reboot to apply theme

To revert to default theme:

1. - Open Terminal and type:
Code:
devel-su
rootme [root password; default is shown]
sh /home/user/MyDocs/clock-default.sh
2. - Device will automatically reboot to apply theme

.

Just did it, looks gorgeous, though I think the numbers for alarms should be white too, a reboot isn't necessary Thanks

I agree, but I *cannot* find out how to change the alarm text under the clock...

Installed, works flawlessly!

Edit: The script made it hard to install, I just removed the script and installed it straight....

Second Edit: If you want to skip the script part, remove darkclock.sh from the folder
terminal
devel-su
rootme
cd /home/user/MyDocs/darkclock
cp -R usr/ /
no need for a reboot
