i've only just got rid of the problem and it took more than a reboot. hope it's not the same for you two.
got speedpatch and battery patch using karams profile and my device is running smooth and with better battery life

ps if reboot doesn't clear it try pulling the battery for a bit.

Well, after 3 reboots (1 unespected) no more warnings
Bad side -- I'll have to play with my custom kernel settings as previous doesn't like patches, phone reboots in 1-2 minutes.

Thanks,
b.

just had to reread your second problem modest plugin that's a seperate problem to batterypatch, never had that problem just a quick googlin brought up this though

http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=59174
might be of help and make sure FAM or HAM isn't running when you try from terminal.
have you tried:
sudo gainroot
apt-get purge batterypatch-non-kp

I have the KP so i tried "apt-get purge batterypatch" , apt-get remove batterypatch, apt-get --purge remove batterypatch, dpkg -P batterypatch non worked, i get the same prob.
(i have just retried apt-get purge batterypatch and the device rebooted by itself) i cant do anything in the terminal related no package management now..

i thought modest is not related to batterypatch problem but it showed up only this time..
i'll read the threads u mentioned and see what can i do,
thanks

@GuiTARisT_90
your problem means that your N900 can't handle the underclock profile

@ALL

i can't release a new fixed batterypatch if you don't cooperate with me
i need u to vote on the best 2 profiles to use
the first one is for normal clock
and the other is for undeclock

so far fw190 voted t underclock : lv

i can't test the best profile in my N900 cause all profiles are stable with me
lol even smartreflex with overlock to 1 ghz is stable

@abhirajsoni
you can stay on kpv48
but use the modules and the kernel from
http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...postcount=1495
i have found no problems in it (yet)

or you can reverse to kp47 (more stable than 48)
Code:
apt-get --reinstall install kernel-power=1:2.6.28-10power47 kernel-power-modules=1:2.6.28-10power47 kernel-power-flasher=1:2.6.28-10power47
if you got an flasher error then reinstall the flasher only

Code:
apt-get --reinstall install kernel-power-flasher=1:2.6.28-10power47

//EDIT
