Loginin, try something.. Open terminal as root and write:
cp -f /home/user/MyDocs/.N9QTweakBackup/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockwidgets/style/* /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockwidgets/style
and press enter.
And this one:
cp -f /home/user/MyDocs/.N9QTweakBackup/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockalarm/style/* /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockalarm/style
And press enter..
cp -f /home/user/MyDocs/.N9QTweakBackup/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockwidgets/style/* /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockwidgets/style
and press enter.
And this one:
cp -f /home/user/MyDocs/.N9QTweakBackup/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockalarm/style/* /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libclockalarm/style
And press enter..

Yes. Qtweak works perfectly without home screen settings -application. I uninstalled the app.
Interestingly, I still have the home screen settings app installed ( simply forgot), and no problems yet....but I have not used the NQtweak for that particular setting.

Personally, I am guessing from names that those 2 styles should not affect position of operator logo on LPS. Maybe some other styles for LPS specifically. Maybe libsysuid-screenlock-nokia?

Hmmm strange.. Maybe its because of changes in lps? Because i don't changed file until version 5.4.. Try to ask in the lps thread too..
