This is in principle a fantastic app. One problem, though: It seems to upload to Dropbox only photos taken with the standard camera app, not photos taken with other apps even if the photos are saved to the same folder. Perhaps it relies on some signal from the camera app to detect when something could be uploaded, instead of just noticing new files, or some other trick -- any of whic makes it fail as a generic tool.

It's right at the moment it detects the DBUS signal which comes from camera application. I was thinking about the fact you show, it's not getting images from other applications. So maybe in the next big update it will check also the tracker for getting changes in the filesystem/photo folder.

In the meantime, could you tell what signal it listens to so people could implement that in their applications?
