If you cant get into the phone then you have a problem. If you can get in then follow instructions at beginning of thread. The post encrypted code and someone can decrypt it for you. If you cannot unlock the device then you are probably going to have to reflash the phone. Good luck.

so here's my problem ..
my phone's locked and i dont know my lock code.. so i need to reflash my device inorder to change the lock code or is there any other method..
I don't want to reflash my deivce bcoz i have some important data which i sn't backed up !

Hi Friend,

You will notice (if you read back some pages) that there is a solution for this. It all started when someone shared the steps at Page 3, Post #22 of this thread.
