Actually my question would be this:
Reinstalling folders with their corresponding files.
And when you need some original files, just copy them back to the phone.

Edit: The above should be all but if it isn't then you might need to re-install system-ui-theme too...

By letting down the screen for a second application on the desktop, the options to remove applications, create or delete folders, delete favorites, etc.
could be modified or change the time display pressure, ie pressure this length of time?

What you mean is that long-tapping on the homescreen; you want to extend the duration of the long-press right?
I'm not too sure about it...Maybe someone else knows? If not, ask Vesuri as usual
