Don't attempt to download from appsformeego til Schturman informs to do so in the future...
Try a reboot, check background connections are on or just do tweak UU when you are also browsing the web
If you still have issues just download from first post as the tweak is certainly fine...

Trying install apkenv, this i got:

Which version you have? From where installed?
Do you connected to internet? Do you have activated dev mode? Do you have sdk repo?
