Activate R&D mode, restore tweak that you applied, deactivate R&D mode.

done but my is turning off only when i put sim card otherwise its running normally as i put sim in it.it turns off

What happens when you do long press on the power button ? Do you tried another sim ?

yeaph when i press on the power button it appers to on but again it shut down after the nokia logo appear yes i did tried the another sim but the result is same

OK, go again to R&D mode try to restore other tweaks that you used if you not remember, try to use tweak Z for full restore..
Another question, do you have "clean backup" from tweak K ?

You say phone can be loaded in normal (not R&D) mode without any problem if it NOT have SIM card and can't loads with SIM ?
Hmm... I really don't know what happens here... Can you write exactly what you did with the last tweak that cause reboot loop ? What you wrote etc...

i jas trying to change the statusbar opretor color than it coz reboot loop but i fixed it up but early this morning whn i recieved a call it again has a reboot loop i tried the r n d mode but it also has reboot loop in safe mode than i jas removed the sim and my phone worked normally but when i put sim reboot loop starts

You sure you disabled R&D mode ? You sure you not applied some other tweaks too (maybe not today) ?
Also, go to this file with editor:
/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/sysuid/style/statusarea.css

It should looks like I posted. If this ok, I don't know what can cause reboot loop in your device...

P.S. Do you have HomeScreenSetting app ? And maybe you applied option to change operator logo name or something ?
