Official press release: https://jolla.com/wp-content/uploads...2015_FINAL.PDF
To enable quick time-to-market for licensing partners, Jolla has developed a range of optimised Sailfish OS hardware platforms from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 200/600/800 configurations, a highly scalable mobile processor family offering 4G LTE to everyone in all price ranges.
And blog post: https://blog.jolla.com/next-pipeline-sailfish-os-2-0/
When can I get it?

Sailfish OS 2.0 will be available in our next software update through our normal release process. In a few weeks our early access customers will get a first try for it, and then quickly after, every Sailfish OS user will get to experience the new smooth user interface and all other new stuff it has in store. We can’t wait to release it!

We will share more details on the update soon!

Not by Jolla. Intex is bringing this new phone to markets.
And if I understood correctly, Intex is using "old" Jolla as a demo device at Shanghai and it is not the final product what we have been seeing so far in the pictures.

WOOT!

In the video description:
"Jolla is rolling out the update to Jolla smartphone owners in July - August 2015"

Does this mean that 2.0 for early-adopter within 2 weeks!?!

"Few weeks", that's what is written on the Jolla blog.

What happened to that Intex device that was supposed to be 'launched tomorrow', or another misunderstanding and it was just to be an announcement? It's getting quite late in Shanghai

It looks like only demo devices (jollas) are there to showcase SFOS 2.0, haven't seen this posted here yet, the notifications 2.0 screen:

Intex twitter account retweeted those two articles, so it looks like these specs should be confirmed (410):
http://techone3.in/jolla-launches-sa...snapdeal-9630/
http://indianexpress.com/article/tec...e-by-november/

First phone to be expected in 15k rupee range from September or below 10k from November, depending which article is closer to the truth

Then there's this, not sure if actual device :P

Could not find exact frequency bands but this is listed in the Qualcomm pages regarding 410.
So I would guess that 2G and 4G (world mode) would work in US but no idea about the 3G frequencies?
Could there still be some different 3G variants of 410 processors which would have different bands for different locations?

Modem:
"Integrated 4G LTE World Mode, supporting LTE FDD, LTE TDD, WCDMA (DC-HSPA+, DC-HSUPA), CDMA1x, EV-DO Rev. B, TD- SCDMA and GSM/EDGE
CAT4 speeds of up to 150 Mbps
3rd Generation integrated LTE modem, with support for LTE-Broadcast and LTE multimode multi-SIM (TSTS, DSDA and DSDS)"

They could work, lets just hope for water resistant version:

Hmm, based on this CNet review of Redmi 2 phone which also has 410 no LTE in US?

Hard to tell if the exact same model though

I was secretly hoping that new Jolla Devices company would have launched crowdfunding campaign for new Jolla 2 - high end phone at Shanghai MWC.
(Maybe little bit too soon as tablet has not yet been delivered.)

Other manufacturers like Intex can then concentrate on little bit cheaper phones for specific markets.

410 (& the other specs) are def. not confirmed, on all the official doco that's comes out, it's been said that that will be revealed later, presumably closer to actual shipping.

Tell that to Intex official twitter account, they've been RTing and featuring those news with conflicting info (btw, anyone seen that video before it went private, what was it?)
