Would I be right in assuming that this is not localized? Is it happening in all parts of the world or just a particular region?

this doesn´t look good at all if this keeps up and is a wide-spread issue with people in different regions i´m 75% shure this would result in Nokia temporally halting N900 production until the problem is resolved... resulting in another delay

Ive been using mine for 2 days now, heavy usage (testing all kinds of stuff) and NOT a single reboot! Mine is rock stable *knocks wood* atm...

Maybe those having trouble should reflash the device?

Edit: btw, Im using English UI too, I hate using localized, easier to find solution to problems when error is in english

I have one of the 300 Summit devices. In the month and a half I've had it, my N900 has spontaneously rebooted only three times, and none of those reboots was with the production firmware.

I wasn't paying full attention, but AFAIK the two people that actually reported their location in this thread experiencing frequent reboots were both in Italy.

Please, if you're having reboot problems, add yourself to this list:

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?

The reason was different each time, sw_rst and 32wd_to.

Are you using Nokia Messaging?

Oh crap,

I was happy when my order shipped today I hope this issue is not a localized but a per device basis problem which can be resolved by firmware.
