first error I get is carman-ui dependency

Then when I try to install that I get python2.5-rtree dependency issues.

I didn't go there because I have most of python libraries and don't want to do a bunch of non optified stuff if I can help it.

Are you guys seeing these dep errors as well?

Got it loaded up. I don't have an OBD device, but it looks pretty nice. Got the GPS working fine by editing the conf file pointed out earlier.

Only thing I noticed, and it was already mentioned, is that the gps doesn't shut down after closing Carman and the bluetooth stays enabled.

I installed it yesterday, but it keeps saying something like "Error: no plugins found."

So the program boots, and goes to the main menu, but there i get the error, and none of the buttons are working. Only the one to exit the app.

I'm eager to get this working as I have a bluetooth OBD-key.

You have to reboot your phone and then try again

Hello
I have just installed carman on my N900. I didn't find any problems with it either installing it or connecting it with my OBD2
it seems to be working fine.
I will try to connect the GPS tomorrow. (probably an external bt gps) and check if it works.
I will keep you posted =)

in the GPS status (configure GPS) I cannot see either the internal or the external GPS device.

Got this installed and working, had to pair my N900 with my OBD-II first and then Carman could connect.

I haven't managed to get the speed alert to actually alert me when I go over the maximum set speed. Any Ideas?

Also, my N900 gets confused with the internal GPS status after I close Carman. Any else getting this?
