Don't know if this has anything to do with it. This step was never done since it just says Abort. when i press Y and enter.

In combination, it looks like something's wrong with your installation.
Did the rootfs or optfs partition run full by chance? What does "df / /opt" say?

This looks like some environment variables weren't correctly set up. run-standalone.sh fixed this.

Aborted
And this is probably the error that is hit when starting from the menu. It is a bug in Frogatto, but I suspect it is caused by an empty preferences.cfg file? "ls -l /home/user/.frogatto" to check. If so, delete that file and it should work again.

What should i delete and especcialy: how do I delete it?

preferences.cfg has zero length. Remove it with "rm /home/user/.frogatto/preferences.cfg".

Great, it works! Almost...

Now I can enter the game and load my old save file, but every time Frogatto takes damage I return to titlescreen, what's up with that?

And also: i appriciate your help a lot, thanks a bunch!

Strange. The install failed yesterday, yet App Manager found an update for Frogatto today. Tried to update, update started and ended in message "Can't update". After all these failed attempts Frogatto appeared in Applications list and seems to work just fine.

Hmm, I've got almost the same issues as above when I do a apt-get install -f although am not getting the libav* or libswscale or vcmi-bin issue.

EDIT: Ok I sorted the above problem by disabling the Extras-Testing and Extras-Devel, then I uninstalled Frogatto, then renabled the repos again, and then reinstalled Frogatto. Done!!!
