guys does anyone have a link to imagemagick ? i downloaded one from HERE but it said it's incompatible (My repos are down still )
Optified .deb file. Install as root with
dpkg -i imagemagick-6.6.7-7_1.0-1_armel.deb

So, I love the script, but it's needlessly complex and repetitive. Also, because of a cut paste (or editing in DOS) the file you posted has CR/LF pairs at the end, which tends to screw up several of the commands.
This also puts all the user changeable stuff right near the top, and allows the user to adjust when summer/winter/space screen is used there. I also renamed the file background.png to space.png, to make it more readable.
I augmented this script to check for wifi connection before doing the download. This lets me put it into alarmd or QBW to update hourly, but when it is on cell data it will only update every 12 hours. (This is also changeable in the top area. )
I've attached a new zip with the script file, please feel free to integrate it directly, hack it up, or ignore it entirely.

If you guys are using Faster Application Manager and have all the repo's enabled then go to install applications, press the big C in the bottom left and scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu and select "All packages (ADVANCED)" and select imagemagick. It solved my dependency issues.

i get this one issue.
i can get this to work however it only works once. when i get the lock screen up after using the script it works but then after i unlock and put the lock screen up again its back to my old one? is this meant to be like that or permanent?
