I have power kernel 47 installed and had been using your custom profile and recently switched back to my original 1ghz oc with Smartreflex turned off. I have applied all your tweaks. Is there anything else I can do to improve my battery life or maybe my battery is just ****ed up?

Thanks for all you hard work btw.
faced the same prob.they say that my battery is ****ed up.but how to find weder its tru or not.its not evn a yr i bought my N900

ok guys fixed everything

batterypatch
(deb) is fixed
download from attachments

and for speedpatch
there are 2 debs

1-) 0.3 is just like the old one

2-) 0.4 is a testing one

i you guys to make me decide which one of them gives better performance

PS: don't forget to reboot after installation

i'm waiting some feedbacks about the new speedpatch
till then i will not edit 1st post

BTW i have also uploaded my custom profile
to have it default

sudo gainroot
mkdir /home/user/.kernel
cp /home/user/MyDocs/custom-karam.txt /home/user/.kernel/custom-karam
kernel-config load custom-karam
kernel-config default custom-karam

this profile is overloaked to 750 mhz
it also has some changed voltages from the previous profile

go ahead guys start testing

PS: you need kernel-power and kernel-power-settings to make everything work perfect

Karam: can you let us know why your max freq is set to 750mhz? Just to know

i guess its coz smart reflex is enabled...frequencies higher than that causes random reboots...

@PhopsonNY
yes you should uninstall everything installed previously about speedpatch or batterypatch

@lsolano
you can change it to anything if you want
but i have a great battery life with 750 mhz (nearly if it was 600 mhz)
and i use 750 mhz
for the fast menu scrolling basically i don't make it more cause it will become unstable
as i said before you can change it to any value you want

Thanks Karam...

Willl the unload instructions from Page 1 for the "dbus batterypatch" option or do you recommend one of your other uninstall routines on page 174?
