There's so much incoherence here it's contagious. Rather than try to figure out what's going on i'm just going to lock the thread. If you want to install custom levels for Angry Birds, there's a thread for that. If you want to install the commercial level packs, you'll have to wait until they are available again in Ovi or from Rovio.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?
