The answer? No.
Low end, non-Windows, non-S40 phones will probably be Meltemi. And Meltemi will be a feature phone set indistinguishable from S40 anyway...

Asha phones currently have a 1ghz arm11 processor and 128mb ram.
Meltemi is likely gonna be a maemo version with crippled multitasking, specs probably 1ghz with 256mb second half of year.
Which would directly compete with wp tango, which is kind of weird.
