I have also used this lately and find the maps far more useful in rural Thailand than Google maps, have tried them elsewhere yet...what is the source of Ovi maps?
Also, if anyone knows, is it currently possible to export a route calculated on Ovi Maps online to as .gpx file?

on your PC browser, I use FF, click plugin install, it will install in 30 seconds! Get you a look on how ovi maps, perhaps, will be on N900 look-and-feel
