Solved the same problem with the store by deleting /etc/ssu/ssu.ini (removing the credentials from the file could work as well), removing my Jolla account from the phone and adding it back.

Probably because of all this the device now suggests downgrade from 1.0.1.10 to 1.0.0.5 whereas update to 1.0.1.12 is promised to solve the problem with the store for good.

Well at least the store is working for now...

Hi,
I have a similar problem.
Can't install Apps from Jolla store except System Apps.
Install clock, mail, calendar... etc. is working but everything else "Problem with store: harbour-someAppName can't be installed"

ssu domain is set to "sales", sytem Time is correct, also tried to register a new Jolla account and finally i reseted the phone nothing worked!

Any other Ideas?

Probably removing the ssu.ini is the reason why you get 1.0.0.5 offered for update now. It holds information about repositories. Maybe to get back into a good state, you should go down the road back to 1.0.0.5, then update to 1.0.1.12 again.
Otherwise, your device might not be able to get notified about future updates.

Somebody expirienced similar problems?
I still have the problem even after reset the device to delivery state.. very strange.

"pkmon" shows only percentage of progress, but no package name to be downloaded as on apps that work..

can I check repositories missing or somthing? And how?

I contacted Jolla allready, but don't know how long it will take until an anwer..

So if anyone has an idea, i would be lucky..

Have you had any luck updating SailfishOS to 1.0.1.12? Should help with some problems relating to store. If it won't do you any good, you can always try updating repositories (in terminal) with:

ssu ur

and listing them with:

ssu lr

Listed repositories should be (depending on your OS version) something like:

Code:
Enabled repositories (global):
 - adaptation0 ... https://store-repository.jolla.com/releases/1.0.1.12/jolla-hw/adaptation-android-common/armv7hl/
 - adaptation1 ... https://store-repository.jolla.com/releases/1.0.1.12/jolla-hw/adaptation-qualcomm-sbj/armv7hl/
 - aliendalvik ... https://store-repository.jolla.com/releases/1.0.1.12/aliendalvik/SbJ/
 - apps ... https://releases.jolla.com/jolla-apps/1.0.1.12/armv7hl/
 - eas ... https://store-repository.jolla.com/features/1.0.1.12/eas/armv7hl/
 - hotfixes ... https://releases.jolla.com/releases/1.0.1.12/hotfixes/armv7hl/
 - jolla ... https://releases.jolla.com/releases/1.0.1.12/jolla/armv7hl/

Enabled repositories (user):
 - store ... https://store-repository.jolla.com/SbJ/armv7hl/

Disabled repositories (global, might be overridden by user config):

Disabled repositories (user):
 - home ... https://download.jollamobile.com/home:/honeybadger/latest_armv7hl/

Did just what you suggested after checking that changing "release=latest" to "release=1.0.1.12" in ssu.ini alone wasn't changing the downgrade to an update. Downgrade didn't seem to change the OS version (didn't delve too deep into this), but I was able to make the update afterwards.

Meanwhile in the process of deleting ssu.ini I would have lost the url for home repo without a backup. Otherwise the device seems very resilient on recreating the file (with few changes like the release part) .

The problem appeared first after updating to 1.0.1.12 but maybe it existed before..
however, I solved it in meantime:

I deleted the ssu.ini downgraded to 1.0.0.5 then I did a device reset(still not working) and a second device reset.
After the second reset it worked
Then updated to 1.0.1.12 and now it is still working!
Hooray!

Anyway, thanks for your help!
