There's always the pissabolity (is that how you spell it?) of one of those snap-on bluetooth keyboards being produced for it.

But then again, that would open us up to bluejacking.

Hey, Nokia, open your eyes, the world wait that, the world want that!
Unfortunately the average user is not interested in "geek toys" like the N900. They want the slimmest phone in the world that requires an IQ of a duck to operate. Its sad but to be honest i feel happy to be part of a niche market.

My brother, mum, dad and grandma all have iPhones.

"Bluejacking" doesn't mean what you think it means, look it up on Wikipedia

I've been happy with the N800, which, of course, lacks a keyboard. And I value pocketability and light weight.

Nonetheless, "even I" think the N950 should have a hardware keyboard. With Nokia's stated intention to release the N950 as yet another experiment for hobbyists and those remaining developers whom they haven't already managed to drive from their ever-changing Linux platforms, they would have to be idiots not to include a hardware keyboard. So I guess there won't be one.

So if Nokia do release a keyboard less device.

How hard would it be to build a wallet type case with a small bluetooth keyboard built in.

It seems to me we must have people within this community that could design such a thing?

It's a really good idea but I think it would drain the battery at a far higher rate.

Take a N950 without a keyborg?
Never for me!

When I choose my N900, the keyboard was one point of my choose and some no-geeks users want a physical keyboard to write SMS, mails and more.

Don't forget that BlackBerry users have the keyboard aigan!

And it's possible to have a slim powefull phone with a physical keyboard...
