They at should have known that it comes with a stylus not to mention screen is resistive
Yeah, I know, but I thought I'd offer the link in case the OP, or someone who searches and finds this thread, is still in need of a replacement stylus.

I'm sorry to see that Nokia Care in UK/Ireland is just as brain-dead as Nokia Care here in USA...

Also the stylus he recommends wouldn't work if the screen were capacitive. You'd think they'd give those people at least a little bit of training before expecting them to hand out advice.

Cant you just go over there and show them your stylus, maybe that will ring a bell...
There must have been a couple of hundred Nokia phone models by now and no human being has seen all of them. That's why there are manuals and databases.

Well basically most Nokia Care points operate with customer service and the actual care crew as seperate. So people who know how to talk to people don't know the tech and people who know the tech don't know how to talk to people.

Be gentle, guys. Personally I think it was a bit silly to start e-mailing a Nokia Care on getting a stylus... :P

What he was trying to say that PR1.4 will give you capacitive screen instead of default resistive. Also Gorilla Glass, a Ferrari and your private island in the Mediterranean. Also rashes and diarrhea. No portrait mode thou.
